Both proteins are represented as EITHER:
1) A single space-delimited line of floating-point numbers, ending with a return. In this case, the signficance value will be computed but will be unreliable.
2) A sequence of amino acids in one-letter code, ending with a return. In this case, the Kyte-Doolittle hydropathy will be averaged over a 15-residue window and a reliable significance value will be computed.
