The COREX/BEST web tools perform two functions: 1) a statistical thermodynamic ensemble is generated from a user supplied PDB file, and 2) various user-specified structural-energetic properties of the ensemble are calculated. All of the ensembles calculated from PDB files will become part of the COREX/BEST database, which will ultimately become public domain.
